About The Role
Based in our Garden City branch, you will work as a part of a team and take responsibility for:
liaising with members on a face to face basis to undertake a customer focused, needs analysis discussion to identify products and solutions to meet member needs identifying cues for cross-sell and up-sell opportunities provide high level customer service in regards to members general enquiries, claims and transactions taking ownership and accountability for each customer interaction to ensure continued customer satisfaction
This is a permanent, part time position working Monday, Thursday and Friday 10am to 3pm and Saturday 9.15am to 2.15pm
Candidates must be fluent in both Korean and English to be considered for this role
