About The Role

Based in our Paramatta store, you will work as a part of a team and take responsibility for:

• liaising with members on a face to face basis to undertake a customer focused, needs analysis discussion to identify products and solutions to meet member needs
  
• identifying cues for cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
  
• provide high level customer service in regards to members general enquiries, claims and transactions
  
• taking ownership and accountability for each customer interaction to ensure continued customer satisfaction
